First Snow

I got up this morning to find that there were 3-4 inches of snow on the ground. It all depended on where in the drive way you were. Hard to believe it was 60 degrees two weeks ago. Apparently we are to get additional snow tonight, but the roads are clear. Had to do some errands this morning and had no problems.

They're saying we'll be getting our first snow here in Pittsburgh this weekend, which is just a shame as we've had day after day of just gorgeous whether lately.

Tonight, I wore a light sweater only with no jacket to work and was perfectly comfortable outside in the mid-60's temperatures after work.

Greenland isn't going to be the only place to benefit from global warming ... Pittsburgh's got a lot to gain from it, too. I'm very bullish on Pittsburgh's global warming-enhanced future.

I wish Idaho Falls got a little piece of the Global Warming action. I think the average over the last few days has been in the teens - plus wind. Ahhh...I love this place!

Our weather (note the correct spelling this time ... I'm convinced blogs are detrimental to one's spelling and grammar) has turned more Pittsburgh-like lately, and we did finally get our first snow, too.

Guess we'll have to wait for global warming to have its full effect.
