Grant Carver Johnson

We finally decided on Grant Carver Johnson for a name. Luckily the hospital called today so we were forced to make a decision. His sisters have been more than willing to help and are glad to have a baby brother.

We are leaving the naming of our child up to YOU!

If you don't like either of these names... well, humor us and vote for the one you dislike the least.

Baby Boy Johnson

We still haven't decided on a name, but here are a few pictures from today. A lot of people have said he looks like a miniature Macie...we shall see. Thanks for all the well wishes.

Just Girls, No Boy

We haven't posted in a while and figured our next post would be about a new baby boy, but since that hasn't happened yet, I thought I would post some pictures of the girls.

Mr. McFeely

Definitely an adorable picture of Daphne in the ruffles. Save that dress for my next child's blessing. I always love to see the way a kid views the world. That picture of Scott looks like HIS nickname should be Mr. McFeely. I'm surprised he wasn't detained in a children's museum. Lizzy, I'm SOOOOO jealous that you got to meet the REAL Mr. McFeely. I've met a few McFeely impersonators at the various Mr. Rogers conventions I've been to over the years, but in my wildest dreams I never imagined I'd meet the REAL Mr. F!! He's dreamy. However, my life won't be complete until I've met Lady Aberlin, Chef Brockett, Officer Clemmons and Handyman Negri. Dare to dream.

Margie, granny told me you have a new camera. I'm just curious what kind my brother got for you. I know absolutely nothing about most cameras other than my own, but granny thought it was awesome so I was curious.

Rex, Felix, this message is for YOU! What's up chicken and duck? Nice soccer photos. Whatever you do, don't take tips from your dad unless it's on doing cartwheels. Even then, I'd stick with your mom. I love you. Stay out of jail.

What's up Freckles and Mouse? I love you too. I need to see some more photos of 2 of my favorite nieces. Make your dad take you to get the most delicious bubblegum ice cream in the world. I want some SOOOOO badly! Stay in school.

Baby Blessing and Mr. McFeeley

We've been having a blast with Grandma, Grandpa and Lizzy visiting and wanted to post some pictures from the two most exciting things that we did this weekend.

#1 was Scott blessing Daphne at church on Sunday. The day was very special, and we were happy that some of our "non-church" friends were able to attend.

Daphne all dolled up for her blessing
(Thanks for the Mary Jane's Maggie!)

#2 was meeting David Newell, aka: Mr. McFeeley from Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, at the studio where Mr. Roger's Neighborhood was filmed. I think this was the highlight of Lizzy's trip who fired off questions for him and made it very clear to him that she preferred to be called "Lizzy" not "Elizabeth".
