How do we get there from here

I can get to Afton, I think. Last time I was there was probably 20 years ago. Do we have directions to the site of the reunion???

I want to take a scouting trip past 1329 and the cemetery in Evanston and do a "drive through" in Cokeville. We left there when I was 12 and that was a loooong time ago. Then on to Afton, just need directions from there. I have a picture of the road in my mind, but transportation has, no doubt, changed in the ensuing years.
